This page outlines what we offer overall. That said, EVERY event is unique & it is our pleasure to customize all final arrangements & prices.

Flat Rates include: Foyer with comfortable seating, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, ice machine, electric tea kettle, basic utensils, and knives/cutting boards), 12 water bottles, ADA compliant bathroom, and variety of tables, chairs, and easy-to-move furniture. Keyless entry to studio, easily triple-locked front door for privacy, on-site dumpster, and use of gated, camera-secured parking lot. 

To secure your date & time, please plan to put down a 50% deposit.


Event Studio Rental (24x13 room) - FLAT RATE: $120/ 3 hours, additional hours = $75/ hour (Consultation Room may be added at a rate of $50 per 3 hours.)


Photo Shoot Studio Rental - FLAT RATE: $200/ 3 hours, additional hours = $75/ hour

Consultation Room Rental - FLAT RATE: $75/ 3 hours, additional hours = $40/ hour


Event Planning and Creation Add-ons: We proudly offer our own skills and party/event planning services at affordable costs. Please note that when you add on a service, you are adding our onsite service as well as our expertise in planning and curating the selections for your attendees. You incur the cost of food, drink, and/or decor itself. You are also welcome to bring your own refreshments, and either follow our cleaning policy or add on our cleaning fee.

Add on prices start at serving 12; if your party is larger or smaller we will customize your price.

Tea, Coffee, and Beverage Service $60 - we’ll prepare carafe(s) of coffee, prep hot water and tea options, have multiple creamer and sweetener options as well as disposable cups & lids, prep cold beverages as you prefer, and stay on-site to refresh as needed. 

Snack Service $40 - we’ll prepare an array of snacks as well as plates/bowls, utensils, and napkins for your guests 

Food and Drink Service $60 - we’ll coordinate delivery of catering for your guests and stay on site to receive and unpackage it

Decorating Service $80 - we’ll create the environment and ambience

Music Service $60 - we’ll develop a Spotify playlist for your event, curated for style, mood, and timing


Advertisement Posters Add-on

All posters are sized for use on Instagram and other social media seamlessly

1-4 posters - $40  4-10 posters - $100  10-20 posters - $150 

Up to 5 print outs included with any Content Poster add on

Need help writing your invitation and/or social media event text? 

Up to 250 words - $50 Up to 500 words - $75


Cleaning Add-on $120

We expect all renting guests to tidy the space after: throw away all trash, ensure the toilet is flushed, and wash all dishes. If any of these items are not handled, we charge a $120 post-event cleaning fee. If you’d like us to handle these items, please prepay our $120 cleaning fee. Cleaning Add-on automatically added to bookings of 2 or more days.
